SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Final shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page. Shipping address used will be the one listed on Paypal (NO EXCEPTIONS), therefore you are responsible to ensure that your address is correct prior to placing an order.

Courier used is USPS (and UPS for select international destinations) unless you request another carrier (please contact us BEFORE placing an order for a quote). Once you receive a tracking/confirmation of shipment, carrier can no longer be changed.

If your is order is returned (e.g.: invalid/incomplete address, refused, unclaimed, customs not paid, etc) you will receive a refund for the total amount paid on the goods, minus 5% (Domestic) or 7% (International) of the order. You will NOT receive a refund for the shipping cost.

Domestic (US): shipping is free for purchases of $155 or more unless noted in the checkout page.
​
International: shipping cost includes tracking and is available for select destinations.

Shipping cost for brick orders will vary based on size/weight of the model and will be displayed in the checkout page unless it is a custom brick order, where shipping cost will be shared with you upfront.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We will NOT mark items as GIFTs or similar description to avoid taxes.

Instructions Only orders:

You will receive the link to download the instructions manual and parts list for the model(s) within 2 (two) business days of your order (except during store vacation/breaks). The link will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account which will show in the order, unless you instruct us to use another address (through the checkout page, comments section).

Instructions & Stickers, printed parts, complete set orders:

Besides receiving the link to download the files via email as per above, stickers / parts will be mailed within the timeframe as described in the product page (unless our store is on holiday, but there will be an announcement in the site if that is the case). You will receive a notification of when your order is shipped and its tracking number.

Custom Orders:

For custom stickers / design orders, you will be notified of when the new sticker/model will be ready along with shipping date for physical goods.

Insurance:
All orders are mailed without insurance, unless requested by the Buyer. Please notify us if you would like to purchase insurance for your item(s) BEFORE placing an order. Our responsibility for delivery on uninsured packages ends when the package is handed over to the Carrier. By placing an order without insurance, the Buyer agrees to take on the risk of damage or loss, and not to file a Paypal claim.
Return/Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
If your order was not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation (except for custom printed items, all orders are final if it contains a custom printed part/sticker). Just send an email to customerservice@brickdesigners.com with your Order Number requesting it to be cancelled. See below the Refund Policy for further details.

Incomplete / Incorrect Address:
Before our items are shipped, an address validation (for US only) is performed. If an error is found, the Buyer will be contacted via email and if no response is received within 2 business days, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be provided. If your order had to be cancelled because your shipping address was incorrect, the same cancellation process (order cancelled and refund) applies. See below the Refund Policy for further details.
Refund Policy:
For cancelled orders, please note that you will receive a refund minus the amount equivalent to 5% (Domestic) or 7% (International) of the total order (including any shipping cost). This amount covers a non-refundable fee which we must pay to our payment processor.
After your order has been shipped (a tracking number was issued for your package or the email was sent for digital instructions), the sale is considered final, no returns/refunds will be accepted/provided.
